I’m not a nerd and I don’t know the easy way to do this, sorry, but if you open the attachment, fill it in, save it then send it as an attachment in an email to me at fpage245@gmail.com I’ll get it OK. Thank you. Another option is complete a hard copy and bring it to the Repair Cafe on August 31st or meeting on September 2nd.
