The Repair needed a volunteer photographer and Jolie Forrest, a Prior Pursglove College student taking photography A Level joined volunteered. She joined the Repair Cafe Team for the first time on Saturday and took all the photos. Thank you Jolie. They are brilliant!

Thought for the day
They can never get too much love but when they do they need repair so they can be loved some more.
Everything has a story
It may be a present, an heirloom, a reminder of someone or something, old or happy times. The story lives on in the thing and can’t be thrown away. Things brought into the Repair Cafe for emotional reasons need to be repaired.We don’t need a picture of the item that a gentleman brought in. He said.‘They told me to throw it out…’ He had it repaired!

Ted is small but very brave and a bit at a time he is getting better.
The next Repair Cafe is in the Methodist Church hall on Saturday November 30th from 9.30 till 11.30am. The volunteer Sewers, General Fixer and Jolie would love to see you there. Remember at the Repair Cafe refreshments are available.
