The next Repair Cafe and Art and Craft Corner is Saturday 29.8.26
This light was repaired at the Repair Cafe.
Not everyone is confident about repairing electrical items so are pleased to be able to bring them to the Repair Cafe where the volunteers check and repair them for free. They visually check the plugs, joints and cables and use the PAT tester to look for hidden internal faults, insulation breakdown and other problems that a basic visual check cannot see.
The next Guisborough Repair Cafe is on Saturday August 29th at 9.30 till 11.30am in Guisborough Methodist Church. If you have something that is damaged and needs repair you are welcome to bring it but if you and the children just want a bit of fun you can try playing music on the Keyboard, painting on silk and see how to do woodcarving. You can also try the the refreshments. It’s all free but donations are appreciated.
